2008 Rates
PHOTO SHOOT:
$250 per session. This includes up to 6 people ($10 for each additional person) and within a 25 mile radius of Glendale, Missouri ($25 for anything outside of that radius).
You will receive a 1-3 hour session at a location of your choice, Jodie's time and talent, editing of images and a CD of all edited images (you will receive at least 25 images).
Within 2-4 weeks you will receive an email letting you know your album is up on the website and your disk of photos is ready to be picked up (or you can chose to have Jodie mail it to you).
SESSION DETAILS:
The location of your shoot is completely up to you. Be creative when thinking about where to go! A park is always good but so is a downtown area or a back alley, think outside the box and about what will work best for your family. Jodie is a natural light photographer so she needs good natural light to create beautiful portraits. Outdoors is always best for natural light and open shade is important so that you and your little ones aren't squinting in the light. When planning your session please take into account that the best time of day for outdoor photos is early morning and evening.
If you are scheduling a newborn session please call or email Jodie before you have the baby so she can plan her schedule accordingly and then as soon as you get home so she can make sure to get you on her calendar. The best time to photograph an infant is in the first 2 weeks when they are still sleepy all the time and are "moldable"!
As far as what to wear, keep it simple! Jeans and bare feet is always a favorite for families or sun-dresses on your little girls are lovely too. Having your entire family match is not necessary, but coordinating is always good. DESIGN:
$25/hour
This design fee covers all custom creations, from invitations to birth announcements to business design. Design time for flat cards is usually 1-3 hours, logos or business design can take more time. Please contact Jodie about your design needs.
Cards/Invitations/Announcements:
$16.80 for 8 cards or $2.10/piece
These are flat 5x7 cards with envelopes included. A minimum order of 16 cards is required. This price is for an already created design you chose off the website, this does not include the design fee for custom orders.
*If you include a photo shoot to use with the cards you will receive a discount price of $12 for 8 cards or $1.50/piece! A great deal on an already designed card. If you want a custom design the design fee still applies.
Hardcover Coffee Table Book:
These books are such a beautiful way to capture your entire photo shoot! They are hardbound books with your favorite photo on the jacket cover, professionally bound with 4 color printing on coated semi-matte paper. I can take the photos from your session and create a book, or I can take a disk of your own photos (from a family vacation, a child's wedding, old family photos, etc.) and create a book. Session and Non-Session prices are below:

10x8 Landscape: Session: $100 Non-Session: $125
13x11 Large Format Landscape: Session: $180 Non-Session: $225
Photo Montage DVD: $150
I will take all the photos from your session and create a wonderful DVD set to music you can watch over and over again. This is an incredible way to show your photos to family and friends! They also make GREAT gifts for grandparents!
Each additional DVD is $15.
