Or alternatively titled; "potty training parker"
Everyone that has commented is right, thank goodness the purple puke is frozen outside and not all over the house. Thank goodness for small blessings.
All morning she was fine, playing and eating, so I hoped it was too much grape juice on an empty stomach and possibly, as my sister pointed out, my bad driving. But now she's laying next to me in our bed with a fever of 102 and feeling pretty puny. I'm just praying the puke fest is over b/c MAN OH MAN I have puke. With a vengeance I hate it. Fevers I can handle. Pneumonia, bring it on. RSV, fine. Throw up makes me want to head for the hills.
So our illness-free new year is no more. Whatever.
And I think I've mentioned that we are potty training Parker. Actually, God love her, she's doing it herself. The first time she went, she went in by herself, got her stool, got on the "big" potty and pooped. It was amazing and shocking and started something I really am not ready for. Although only having one kid in diapers will save us money and that's a good thing, but worrying about two kids having accidents in public completely stresses me out!
Anyway, so her Sheep (the animal that goes EVERYWHERE with us, her lovey) was purple from the "frowup" and in the wash. Which meant it couldn't go with us to take Bailey to school or take Grayson to the Chiropractor. Which meant that she whined and whined the entire time we were out.
"sheeeeeeep momma. sheeeeeep"
"Sheep has throw up on it so we're washing sheep."
"otay"
"momma?"
"yes parker?"
"sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!"
And on and on.
So when we were on our way home I told her we could get sheep out of the dryer as soon as we got there. We got inside, I left Gray in the car seat and ran down to get sheep. As I was coming up the stairs she jumped up and down, squealed in glee and then peed herself.
I was laughing so hard I didn't even care that I had to change her clothes for the third time or clean up yet another mess from her! She was literally so excited she couldn't hold it in!
Let the adventure continue...
