When I posted the "behind the scenes" photo of the twins I got a few emails asking me to post those more often.
And luckily, yesterday I had quite the behind the scenes moment!
My sweet friend Brandi really wanted photos of her 5 month old son on a rocking horse that belonged to her dad, so she could give the photo to him for Father's Day.
Neither of us considered the fact that little Cale can't sit up yet!
So here you go... BEHIND THE SCENES...
Cale vs The Horse?
I think the horse won!
We tried SO hard! And I must be the worst person in the world b/c these totally crack me up!
This is the ONLY one that even remotely looks like he wasn't falling off!
Thank goodness chubby baby hands are so cute!
How's that for behind the scenes? HA!

The same afternoon that Brandi stopped by my friend Lindsey came over for a head shot... she made associate at her engineering firm! WAY TO GO Linz! Anyway, she needed a new photo and when she asked me she was so funny... "I need a new head shot but it can't be at all creative!"
I love that I wasn't allowed any creativity!
I obliged but I have to say that she still looks GORGEOUS whether it's a boring photo or not!
She's so pretty! YOU ARE SO PRETTY LINDSEY!
I love this one too...
I'm not sure if it's the fact that I haven't been out of sweats in weeks or what but I just love how professional she looks! Not that I could swing that outfit while playing in the park and doing art projects but still... I would love to look that put together at least once in a while!
While I was shooting a few shots of Linz the girls were standing on our front porch watching (we were across the street) and when we walked back over this is how they were standing...
Sometimes they are just too cute for words!

Today I had some kind of random illness. Not quite a migraine, not quite the stomach flu, but aches and chills and an overall feeling of pure exhaustion led me to call my mom in desperation. She came and grabbed my kids at lunch time so I could take a nap and relax all afternoon. I still feel pretty puny but a bit better. THANKS MOM for saving me today.

Excited about the response to UNPLUG... am already thinking of ideas for our day... spread the word!

Tomorrow I have my first ever conference call with a company who might hire me to shoot their catalog... I can't even begin to tell you how excited and nervous I am! I also started this massive project this morning that was put on hold when i got sick, but photos soon of our new WRITING CENTER. Oh man this is cute!
Hope you had a great day!
